Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 6, 2026

BTC Frame Inc. ("Frame," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how data is collected, used, and handled when you visit frameterminal.com (the "Website"), purchase or use our products (the "Devices"), subscribe to our newsletters, or otherwise interact with us. BTC Frame Inc. does not store personal user data on its own servers. Any personal information required for transactions, shipping, or communications is processed and stored exclusively by trusted third-party service providers (such as Stripe for payments). The only data we directly collect and retain is anonymous, aggregated analytics data (such as Google Analytics) to improve our products and services. By using our Website, purchasing our products, or providing information through our third-party service providers, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you interact with us, certain personal information is collected and processed exclusively by our third-party service providers — not stored on BTC Frame Inc.'s own servers. This includes:

  • Name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number when you place a pre-order or purchase — processed and stored by our payment processor (Stripe) and shipping/logistics providers
  • Payment information (credit card number, expiration date, billing details) — processed securely and stored exclusively by Stripe; BTC Frame Inc. does not have access to or store your payment card details
  • Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter — managed by our email service provider
  • Any information you include in communications with us, such as customer support inquiries, warranty claims, or feedback — handled through our third-party customer support tools

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Website, anonymous and aggregated data may be automatically collected through third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics). This may include:

  • Aggregated page view counts, traffic sources, and general visitor behavior patterns
  • Browser type, operating system, and device category (desktop, mobile, tablet) in anonymized form
  • General geographic region derived from anonymized IP data
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7 below)

This data is collected and processed by Google Analytics and similar services, not stored on BTC Frame Inc.'s servers. It cannot be used to identify individual users.

1.3 Information Collected Through Frame Devices

BTC Frame Inc. does not store personal user data from Frame devices on its own servers. The Frame app is a web wrapper — its dashboards are web pages rendered within a native Android shell. When you use Frame dashboards, you are browsing web pages, and the only data collected is the same type of generic, anonymous analytics that any website collects (such as Google Analytics). This includes:

  • Anonymous app usage patterns, such as which features and dashboards are used most frequently, in aggregated form
  • Anonymized performance metrics, crash logs, and diagnostic data to improve product quality — stripped of any personally identifiable information
  • Voice interaction data, if you use the built-in AI assistant, is processed in real-time to respond to your queries and is not stored by BTC Frame Inc. (see Section 8 below)
  • We do not collect or store device identifiers (serial numbers, hardware IDs, or MAC addresses) linked to personal user data
  • We do not collect Wi-Fi passwords, camera data, or any personal files from your device

1.4 Information Collected Through the Frame App

The Frame app is an Android-based application that functions as a web wrapper — it displays web-based dashboard pages within a native Android shell. When you use Frame dashboards, you are essentially viewing web pages served through the app. As a result, the data collected through the Frame app is the same type of generic, anonymous analytics data that any website collects, such as Google Analytics. All data is anonymous and aggregated — it is not linked to your personal identity. This includes:

  • Aggregated app usage patterns, such as screens viewed, features used, session duration, and navigation paths
  • App performance metrics, including load times and responsiveness, in anonymized form
  • Anonymized error and crash reports to improve product stability
  • General app engagement data, such as app opens, session lengths, and in-app events
  • App version and update status

This data is collected, processed, and stored by Google Analytics and similar third-party analytics services — not on BTC Frame Inc.'s own servers. It is used solely to improve the Frame app experience, optimize performance, and inform product development. No personal user data, personal preferences, or individually identifiable information is collected or stored by BTC Frame Inc. through the Frame app. Google Analytics operates under Google's own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy), and you may opt out of Google Analytics data collection through your device settings or by using Google's opt-out tools.

Data collected through the Frame app is separate from any data that the Android operating system or Google may independently collect at the system level. For information about Android OS-level data collection, please refer to Section 9 (Operating System and Third-Party Platform) of this Privacy Policy.

1.5 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including:

  • Payment processors (transaction confirmation and fraud detection data from Stripe)
  • Analytics providers (aggregated website usage data)
  • Marketing partners (if you arrive at our Website through a referral or advertising campaign)
  • Public databases and commercially available sources for fraud prevention

2. No Personal Data Storage and Data Minimization

BTC Frame Inc. does not store personal user data on its own servers. This is a core principle of how we operate. The only data we directly collect and retain is anonymous, aggregated analytics data (such as Google Analytics) that cannot be used to identify any individual user.

Specifically:

  • BTC Frame Inc. does not operate a user database, does not maintain personal user accounts on its own servers, and does not store names, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information on its own infrastructure
  • All personal information required for transactions (orders, payments, shipping) is processed and stored exclusively by trusted third-party service providers such as Stripe, shipping providers, and email service providers
  • All device and app usage data collected through Frame devices and the Frame app is anonymous and aggregated — it is processed and stored by third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics), not on BTC Frame Inc.'s servers
  • Voice interaction data is processed in real-time to respond to your commands and is not stored by BTC Frame Inc.
  • We do not create personal profiles, behavioral profiles, or advertising profiles based on your usage of Frame devices or the Frame app
  • We do not sell, license, or share any data — anonymized or otherwise — with third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes

Because BTC Frame Inc. does not store personal user data, the risk of a data breach involving your personal information on our systems is eliminated by design. Our data practices are designed to meet or exceed the standards set forth by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable data protection frameworks.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To process and fulfill your orders, pre-orders, and payments
  • To ship products and provide shipping updates and delivery notifications
  • To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and process warranty claims
  • To send you transactional emails, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, and account updates
  • To send newsletters, product updates, and promotional communications (with your consent, and you may opt out at any time)
  • To personalize and improve your experience on our Website and Frame Devices
  • To deliver and improve real-time dashboard content and AI assistant functionality
  • To perform firmware and software updates on your Frame Device
  • To analyze website traffic, usage patterns, and product performance for internal analytics and product development
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, unauthorized access, security threats, and technical issues
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and protect our rights

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, including:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Shipping and logistics providers (order fulfillment and delivery)
  • Email service providers (transactional and marketing communications)
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (data storage and website hosting)
  • Analytics providers (website and product usage analysis)
  • Customer support tools (ticket management and communication)

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Website of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

4.4 With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.

5. Data Retention

Since BTC Frame Inc. does not store personal user data on its own servers, data retention for personal information is governed by the policies of our third-party service providers:

  • Order and transaction records: retained by Stripe and our shipping providers in accordance with their respective retention policies and applicable tax/legal compliance requirements
  • Newsletter subscriber data: managed by our email service provider and retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Customer support communications: retained by our third-party customer support tools in accordance with their retention policies

For the anonymous, aggregated analytics data that BTC Frame Inc. does collect:

  • Website and app analytics data (Google Analytics): retained for up to 26 months in aggregated, anonymized form, as configured within Google Analytics
  • Anonymized crash and performance data: retained for up to 2 years in aggregated form
  • Voice interaction data: processed in real-time and not stored by BTC Frame Inc.

We encourage you to review the data retention policies of our third-party service providers for information on how they manage and delete personal data.

6. Data Security

Because BTC Frame Inc. does not store personal user data on its own servers, your personal information is not at risk from a breach of our systems. Personal data required for transactions and communications is handled exclusively by trusted third-party providers who maintain their own security measures. We take the following steps to ensure overall security:

  • All data transmitted between Frame devices, the Frame app, and our services is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL protocols
  • Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor — BTC Frame Inc. never has access to your payment card details
  • Our third-party service providers are contractually required to maintain industry-standard security measures
  • We conduct regular security reviews of our website and app infrastructure
  • Anonymous analytics data is stored within Google Analytics' secure infrastructure

Since BTC Frame Inc. does not store personal data, the risk of a personal data breach on our systems is eliminated by design. In the unlikely event that a third-party service provider experiences a breach that affects your data, we will cooperate with the provider and notify affected users without unreasonable delay in accordance with all applicable data breach notification laws, including the GDPR's 72-hour supervisory authority notification requirement for EEA/UK users.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our Website. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help us understand how you use our Website.

7.1 Types of Cookies We Use

  • Essential cookies: required for the Website to function properly, including session management and security features — these cannot be disabled
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how visitors interact with our Website by collecting information such as page views, traffic sources, and user behavior in aggregated form
  • Functional cookies: remember your preferences and settings to provide a more personalized experience
  • Marketing cookies: used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and track referral sources — these cookies do not build personal advertising profiles and are not used to serve targeted ads based on your behavior

7.2 Managing Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Website. For more information on managing cookies, visit your browser's help documentation.

7.3 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. There is currently no uniform standard for how companies should respond to DNT signals. At this time, we do not respond to DNT signals, but we will continue to monitor developments in this area.

8. Voice Assistant and Camera Data

Frame Devices include a built-in AI assistant with voice recognition and a 5MP front camera. We take your privacy regarding these features seriously.

8.1 Voice Data

  • Voice interactions are processed in real-time solely to respond to your commands — BTC Frame Inc. does not store, retain, or archive voice recordings or voice data on its servers
  • Voice data may be temporarily processed on-device or transmitted to secure cloud servers for real-time processing, depending on the nature of the request — once the response is delivered, the voice data is discarded and not retained
  • We do not continuously listen to or record ambient audio — the AI assistant activates only upon a specific wake command or manual trigger
  • We do not use voice data to build individual user profiles, train custom models tied to your identity, or create any form of voice-based identification
  • You can disable the AI assistant's voice functionality at any time through your Device settings

8.2 Biometric Data

BTC Frame Inc. does not collect, capture, store, or otherwise obtain biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (740 ILCS 14, "BIPA"), the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act ("CUBI"), the Washington Biometric Identifier statute (RCW 19.375), or any other applicable federal, state, or international biometric data law.

Specifically:

  • We do not collect, create, or store voiceprints, voice templates, or any other biometric identifier derived from your voice interactions with the AI assistant
  • We do not use voice data for speaker identification, voice recognition profiling, or any form of biometric authentication
  • We do not collect, create, or store faceprints, facial geometry data, retina scans, iris scans, fingerprints, or any other biometric identifier from the device's camera or any other sensor
  • We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from any biometric data
  • No third-party service provider engaged by BTC Frame Inc. collects biometric identifiers or biometric information on our behalf through Frame devices

Voice commands are processed using speech-to-text transcription technology that converts spoken words into text for the purpose of responding to your query. This transcription process does not analyze, map, or record the unique biological characteristics of your voice.

8.3 Camera Data

The 5MP front camera included in Frame devices is a hardware component provided for your convenience. The Frame app does not require, access, or utilize the camera for any of its core functionality. The camera is available solely for optional, user-initiated activities such as video calls through third-party applications. BTC Frame Inc. does not access, record, store, or transmit any images or video from the camera at any time.

  • The camera remains inactive unless you explicitly launch a third-party application or feature that requires it
  • The Frame app does not process, collect, or transmit any camera data, camera usage metadata, or visual information
  • Any use of the camera is governed by the third-party application you choose to use and is subject to that application's own privacy policy and terms of service
  • You can disable the camera at any time through your Device settings

9. Operating System and Third-Party Platform

Frame devices run on Google's Android operating system. Our software, the Frame app, is an Android-based web wrapper application that displays web-based dashboard content within a native Android shell. The Android operating system is developed, maintained, and controlled by Google LLC, and its data collection, processing, and privacy practices are entirely independent of BTC Frame Inc.

Google and the Android operating system may independently collect data from your Frame device, including but not limited to device identifiers, usage statistics, diagnostics, location data, and other information as described in Google's own privacy policy and terms of service. BTC Frame Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the data collection practices, privacy policies, or terms of service of Google, Android, or any other operating system-level services running on the device.

We strongly encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Terms of Service to understand how Google may collect, use, and share your data through the Android operating system. You may be able to manage certain Android and Google data collection settings directly through the device's system settings.

10. Your Rights and Choices

11. California Residents — CCPA/CPRA

  • Performance of a contract: processing necessary to fulfill your order or pre-order
  • Consent: processing based on your explicit consent, such as subscribing to our newsletter
  • Legitimate interests: processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving our products and preventing fraud, where those interests are not overridden by your rights
  • Legal obligation: processing necessary to comply with applicable law

In addition to the rights described in Section 10, EEA and UK residents have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal information violates applicable data protection law.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@frameterminal.com.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Website and Frame Devices may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or applications, including financial data providers, social media platforms, and Stripe. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Website and products. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our Website or Devices.
