These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BTC Frame Inc. ("Frame," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation, governing your access to and use of the frameterminal.com website and the purchase of Frame products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
Frame designs and sells personal financial intelligence displays. Our current product lineup includes:
All models feature an anti-glare matte touch screen, the Frame app, built-in AI assistant, quad-core CPU, Wi-Fi connectivity, 5MP front camera, built-in speakers and microphone, and a 2-year warranty. Product specifications are subject to change prior to shipping. We will notify pre-order customers of any material changes.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase the selected Frame product at the listed price. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
Pre-order products are scheduled to ship in June 2026. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistical factors. We will keep you informed of any delays.
You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. To cancel, contact us at info@frameterminal.com with your order number.
Once a product has shipped, our standard return policy applies. You may return an unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
All Frame products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

BTC Frame Inc. does not store personal user data on its own servers. Any personal information required for transactions (orders, payments, shipping) is processed and stored exclusively by trusted third-party service providers such as Stripe. The Frame app functions as a web wrapper that displays web-based dashboards within a native Android shell. When you use Frame dashboards, you are viewing web pages, and the only data collected is generic, anonymous website analytics data (such as Google Analytics) — the same type of data any website collects. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
We do not create individual user profiles, behavioral profiles, or advertising profiles based on your usage of our products. We do not sell, license, or share any data — anonymized or otherwise — with third parties for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes. Our data practices are designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable data protection frameworks.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including our payment processor (Stripe) and social media platforms. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUALITY, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.

The Financial Content displayed on Frame devices may include, but is not limited to, real-time and delayed market data, stock prices, exchange rates, commodity prices, market indices, technical indicators, and other financial metrics sourced from third-party data providers. Such data is presented "as is" and may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any Financial Content for any purpose.

Frame devices and frameterminal.com display data, content, and information sourced from third-party data providers, APIs, aggregators, and other external sources (collectively, "Third-Party Data"). BTC Frame Inc. does not independently verify, audit, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, availability, or quality of any Third-Party Data. All Third-Party Data is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Frame devices include a built-in voice AI assistant that responds to spoken queries and provides information, summaries, and analysis through voice interaction. The voice AI assistant is powered by artificial intelligence and natural language processing technologies that are inherently imperfect. Voice AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misinterpreted, or otherwise incorrect. The voice AI assistant may misunderstand your questions, provide responses based on incomplete or erroneous data, or generate content that contains factual errors or hallucinations. You should never rely on voice AI responses as a substitute for your own independent research and judgment.
NOTHING COMMUNICATED BY THE VOICE AI ASSISTANT — WHETHER SPOKEN, DISPLAYED, OR OTHERWISE CONVEYED — SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TAX ADVICE, LEGAL ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATION. THE VOICE AI ASSISTANT IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVISOR, BROKER, OR LICENSED PROFESSIONAL. ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE VOICE AI ASSISTANT IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. All AI-generated or AI-processed content, whether delivered through the voice assistant or displayed on screen, is provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or errors. BTC Frame Inc. makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.

Frame devices operate on Google's Android operating system. BTC Frame Inc.'s proprietary software, the Frame app, is an Android-based web wrapper application that displays web-based dashboard content within a native Android shell. When you use Frame dashboards, you are viewing web pages rendered within the app, and the only data collected is generic, anonymous analytics data comparable to standard website analytics (such as Google Analytics). The Android operating system is developed, maintained, owned, and controlled exclusively by Google LLC and is subject to Google's own terms of service, privacy policy, and end-user license agreements. BTC Frame Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google LLC, and the use of the Android operating system does not imply any such relationship.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting Google's Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms) and Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy), as well as the terms of any other third-party services operating at the system level on your Frame device. BTC Frame Inc. strongly encourages you to review these policies and to manage your Android and Google privacy settings through the device's system settings.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BTC FRAME INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEM AND ANY THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE, SERVICES, OR COMPONENTS RUNNING ON YOUR FRAME DEVICE AT THE SYSTEM LEVEL. YOUR USE OF THE ANDROID OPERATING SYSTEM AND ANY RELATED GOOGLE OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE APPLICABLE THIRD-PARTY TERMS AND POLICIES.
Frame products and the Frame app may incorporate, depend on, or be built using open source software libraries, frameworks, tools, and components ("Open Source Components"), either in whole or in part. These Open Source Components are developed and maintained by third-party contributors and communities and are made available under various open source licenses, including but not limited to the MIT License, Apache License 2.0, GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), BSD License, and other OSI-approved licenses.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or restrict any rights granted to you under an applicable open source license, nor to impose additional restrictions beyond what is permitted by such license. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BTC Frame Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our website or products.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
You and BTC Frame Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, our website, or any aspect of your relationship with BTC Frame Inc. (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in a court of law. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and includes, but is not limited to, claims arising under federal, state, or local statutes, regulations, or common law, including claims related to privacy, data protection, consumer protection, warranty, tort, contract, and product liability.
You and BTC Frame Inc. agree that:
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND BTC FRAME INC. AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING DISPUTES AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR MULTI-PARTY ACTION OR PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. IF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS FOUND TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THEN THE ENTIRETY OF THIS ARBITRATION SECTION SHALL BE NULL AND VOID.
Exceptions to Arbitration: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for claims within that court's jurisdiction. Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration and class action waiver provision by sending written notice to info@frameterminal.com within 30 days of your first purchase or acceptance of these Terms, whichever comes first. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration clause. If you opt out, all other provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, and any Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Our website and products are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using our website, purchasing our products, or agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly market to or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the applicable age, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.
By using our website, purchasing our products, or providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, warranty information, product updates, security notices, and changes to these Terms or our Privacy Policy. These electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time, but you may not opt out of transactional communications related to your orders or account.
BTC Frame Inc. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions or orders, labor disputes, strikes, supply chain disruptions, semiconductor or component shortages, shipping or logistics disruptions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or any other force majeure event. In such cases, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and shipping or delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.
BTC Frame Inc. reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or retire any product, feature, service, or content at any time, with or without notice. This includes the right to modify product specifications, features, software capabilities, and services provided through the Frame app. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify customers of material changes that affect products they have already purchased. Discontinuation of any product or feature does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, trade and economic sanctions maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of State. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted party list.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by BTC Frame Inc. on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and BTC Frame Inc. regarding your use of our website and products. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether oral or written, between you and BTC Frame Inc. with respect to the subject matter hereof.
The failure of BTC Frame Inc. to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by BTC Frame Inc. A waiver of any right or remedy on one occasion shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or remedy on any subsequent occasion.
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of BTC Frame Inc. BTC Frame Inc. may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction and without notice to you, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
